House rules
Family friendly. Pets, parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. Additional vehicles must use Clayton Street; neighbouring driveways are private, and parking in front of neighbours’ garages is not permitted.
Getting there
A concealed rear gate connects directly to the Lake Esmond walking path. Guests must climb internal stairs, and all bedrooms are upstairs, which may affect guests with mobility concerns. A climbing or play structure is on the property.
