The dining area has chairs and a bench beside fully retractable glass doors opening onto the patio garden, which has a gas barbecue and space for outdoor dining.

The main bedroom has a super king-sized bed, vanity table and wardrobe space. It connects to an open-plan bathroom with a sink area and a separate shower and WC behind glass. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a desk. A family bathroom has a deep bath with an overhead shower, sink and WC; there is also a ground-floor guest toilet.
