The 159 sqm home has a spacious sitting room with sofas, a TV, bookshelves, artwork and a reading corner. A Sonos music system is available. The fully equipped kitchen has a Quooker tap, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, cookware and tableware. The dining area has chairs and a bench beside fully retractable glass doors opening onto the patio garden, which has a gas barbecue and space for outdoor dining.

The main bedroom has a super king-sized bed, vanity table and wardrobe space. It connects to an open-plan bathroom with a sink area and a separate shower and WC behind glass. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a desk. A family bathroom has a deep bath with an overhead shower, sink and WC; there is also a ground-floor guest toilet.

The home has central heating, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and bed linen. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher are provided.
