LIVING & DINING AREA The living area sets the tone with a cohesive palette of blue, grey and yellow that runs throughout the home. Two deep blue sofas form a generous seating area around a large coffee table, accented by yellow cushions and vintage touches like a wooden chest of drawers, floral artwork, and warm lamplight. The mix of modern lines and collected pieces gives the space a relaxed, personal feel, and the sloped ceilings under the eaves only add to the charm.

KITCHEN The kitchen is a burst of joy, with a striking yellow wall that feels like sunlight pouring in even before the Velux window does its work. Handsome oak cabinetry wraps the space, offering plenty of storage and a warm, natural finish. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and a bar counter with colourful blue and yellow stools makes it easy to enjoy a quick breakfast or an apéro while preparing dinner. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms, both thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space under the eaves.

The master bedroom is calm and restful, with white walls, a queen sized bed and a curated gallery of small framed artworks above the headboard. The second bedroom is cleverly fitted with a double foldaway, backed by a cheerful yellow patterned wallpaper and flanked by built in bookshelves, a smart and inviting solution for guests. BATHROOMS The apartment offers one bathroom, plus a separate toilet. It is shared by the two bedrooms and offers a bathtub and a sink, finished in a clean, contemporary style.

WE LOVE Around every corner there is something to catch your eye, from the carefully chosen floral paintings and vintage curiosities in the living room to the playful clash of blue and yellow stools at the kitchen bar. Even the views hold surprises, with rooftop glimpses of the Panthéon and the Grand Palais appearing through the Velux windows when you least expect them. This is not a place you simply stay in, it is one you explore.
