KITCHEN and DINING AREA The kitchen is sleek and modern, with a large island that becomes the natural gathering point come evening, perfect for preparing apéro together or sharing a meal without being tucked away from the group. A dining table for six sits nearby, so the whole group can sit down together for a proper meal. Fully equipped and beautifully finished, it is as enjoyable to cook in as it is to linger in over morning coffee. BEDROOMS The master bedroom is full of character, with contemporary prints and ethnic touches creating a layered, personal feel.

A queen-size bed promises a restful night, while a neat desk by the window offers a focused workspace bathed in natural light. The second bedroom makes a statement with colourful, bold wallpaper and a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is calm and understated, with a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for anyone planning to do a spot of remote working while still enjoying the comforts of a well-designed room. BATHROOMS There are three bathrooms in this apartment.

The first is spacious and well equipped, with a walk-in shower, a bathtub for longer soaks, and a sink, offering flexibility for guests who prefer either option. The second doubles as a laundry room, fitted with a shower for quick, practical use alongside the washing facilities. The third bathroom offers a shower and a wash basin.
