The house

The bright living area has a lounge, large HD TV and game console. The kitchen includes an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and full-size fridge. The private courtyard has a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and large umbrella. Central cooling and heating are available.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and both bedrooms open onto a private balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds. Every bedroom has a TV. The main bathroom has a full-size bathtub and separate shower, with an additional powder room on the ground floor.

A separate laundry contains a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle in the private carport, with additional free street parking nearby. The townhouse has a private entrance. Local cafés, the historic jetty and the coastline are within easy reach.
