The house

The condominium has open-plan living and dining areas and a double balcony overlooking Paynes Bay. Air-conditioning runs throughout. The primary bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower and double vanity. Three additional bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and closet space. Facilities include a kitchen, Wi-Fi, a home office, ceiling fans and a Bluetooth speaker. A beach shower, security system and 24-hour guard are provided. Housekeeping is available. Cook service prepares two consecutive meals for Christmas bookings only. Watersports are available by request, a golf course is nearby, and concierge assistance is available for island excursions.
