## About the house

The architecturally designed apartment combines Victorian features with contemporary furnishings. Its light-filled open-plan living and dining area includes a generous lounge, Smart TV, wingback armchair and decorative fireplace, with split-system heating and cooling. A dining table seats four and can also be used for work.

The kitchen has an electric cooktop, combination oven and microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking essentials and basic pantry items. The separate bedroom has an exposed-brick feature wall, decorative fireplace, queen bed with linens and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and complimentary toiletries. A private internal laundry provides a washing machine, sink and ironing facilities. A patio is available.

Ashfield Mall and the train station are a five-minute stroll away, with cafés, local eateries and heritage streets nearby. Free street parking is available outside, and free on-premises parking is also offered. Guests must climb stairs.

The living-room sofa can be prepared as an additional bed for $80, including linen and towels, with advance notice before arrival. It is not made up by default; for bookings of more than two guests, preparation is automatically included in the booking price.
