The house

Guests have access to the full property. The living room has sofas, a feature fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV. A fully equipped self-catering kitchen leads to a separate dining room with seating for all guests. The private courtyard has an outdoor dining area, an outdoor heater and a pizza oven/barbecue.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds. Bedding is provided. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a shower, WC and basin.

Pickering has independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. Pickering railway station, serving the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, is a six-minute walk away. The nearest mainline railway station is in Malton, eight miles away. Pickering has bus routes to York, Malton, Thirsk, Helmsley, Whitby, Scarborough and Leeds. Free nearby street parking is first come, first served; a car park with EV chargers is 300 metres away. One small, well-behaved dog is permitted.
