The house

LIVING ROOM Delivering instant wow factor with its characterful beams, soulful interior styling and carefully handpicked furniture, this impressive architect-designed space has a light and vibrant feel skilfully embellished by white wood floors and frosted glass windows. Custom-made bookshelves bring an air of enlightenment to the open-plan lounge area, replete with a plush linen sofa, two luxurious leather chairs and a TV. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Paying testament to the building’s former guise with its intelligent industrial styling, the fully equipped kitchen flawlessly shifts gears with its sleek space grey units and chic pendant lighting.

Adding a clever note of contrast, a charcoal bench table further underscores the accordant mood. BEDROOMS Once more showcasing this property’s adventurous design approach, the principal suite is exhilaratingly minimalist in style. Pure white styling instantly enshrines a sense of relaxation in a room replete with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Exposed stone walls add a touch of rustic charm to the second bedroom which hosts a Karup convertible bed.

BATHROOMS Pared-back and peaceful, the bathroom in the principal suite plays host to a walk-in shower and wash basin. A white brickwork aesthetic brings a serene and soothing quality to the second bathroom, which hosts a bath with handheld shower, wash basin and toilet. A separate WC can also be found on the ground floor. WE LOVE The artistic eye and design finesse that elevates this home into something truly out of the ordinary. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
