House rules
No smoking. No pets. Sunday check-in and check-out. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are permitted. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront with direct beach access via a private walkway with steps. Parking is limited to 14 vehicles. The Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center is within walking distance and available for a small fee.
