The home has five king bedrooms and an Under the Sea-themed children's bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first-floor king bedroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet; a half bathroom is near the kitchen. Upstairs are four more king bedrooms and the children's room, which has four twin beds in a custom boat-style bunk setup, a slide, an elevated play area and a gaming console. One upstairs king bedroom has a shower/tub combination, and another has a walk-in shower, double sinks, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet.

Open-concept living and dining spaces connect with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, cookware and utensils. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. The garage game room has foosball and arcade games, including basketball. TV, board games, linens, towels, an iron, washer and dryer are provided. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available.

The private patio and backyard include outdoor dining, a gas BBQ grill, and a private pool and spa. Optional heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested several days in advance. The home is within a gated community and has valet trash service.

Guests have full Encore Resort access, including Encore Water Park, a fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, a kids club with scheduled monthly activities, and concierge services. Complimentary shuttles serve Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld, with advance booking required. Encore Resort is less than a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney World.
