## About the house

The house has a furnished deck with panoramic ocean views. Whales have been spotted from the deck, and bald eagles and shorebirds nest at nearby Three Arch Rocks Wildlife Refuge. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed and two twin beds; Bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom toiletries are provided.

The well-equipped kitchen is accompanied by a breakfast nook and a separate dining area. The main living area has a gas fireplace and a TV for streaming. The lower level has a separate entrance, an additional living space with a second TV, an electric fireplace, a laptop table and chairs, and a wet bar. A stone patio with ocean views, a crafting table and a garden path provide additional outdoor space.

Other facilities include high-speed internet access, a gas grill, firewood for beach fires, and a private washer/dryer. Streaming services require guests’ own accounts. The house has no air-conditioning.

Oceanside Beach State Park and the Tunnel under Maxwell Point are a short walk away. Cape Meares Lighthouse and the neighboring Octopus Tree are three miles away. Downtown Tillamook, Tillamook Creamery and Tillamook Air Museum are within twelve miles.
