## About the house

The Nook of Monte Cristo is a 160-square-foot guest house with an adjustable queen memory-foam bed, one bathroom and an equipped kitchenette. A covered porch overlooks a small pond and has seating for two. Inside are mini-split heating and air conditioning, a smart TV, supplied linens and toiletries, and tankless hot water. Outside, enjoy a propane grill and a fire pit with complimentary firewood. The owners live next door on the shared property and use deck curtains for added privacy. Exterior cameras cover the driveways and outer property; there are no cameras inside the cabin or on its porch. Two resident indoor/outdoor cats may visit.

Only 160 square feet of indoor space. The owners live on the shared property, so this is not a secluded standalone retreat. Cellular reception outside town is weak or absent. One vehicle can park beside the cabin; a second can park on the road about 50 feet away. The pond requires close supervision of children.

Up to two adults; an infant may accompany them if the space suits the family, with supervision around the pond. Maximum two pets; a pet fee applies, and dogs must remain on a leash because cats live on the property. Bring paper or kindling for the fire pit; firewood is supplied.
