## About the house

The reservation includes four one-bedroom units, each sleeping up to four guests. Each unit has a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The combined sleeping arrangements are four queen beds and four sleeper sofas. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. In-unit washing and drying facilities, air conditioning, heating and TV are available. Unit layouts and décor may vary slightly from the photographs while retaining the same style and amenities.

The work-friendly accommodation has free Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed. Self-check-in uses a keypad. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in limited spaces at the front and rear of the complex.

Hillsboro Village is a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops, minutes from Downtown Nashville and Broadway. Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Music Row are nearby; 12 South, The Parthenon and Centennial Park are a short drive away. Weekend and longer stays are offered.

Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
