House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Maximum overnight occupancy is four guests. Up to two dogs are welcome; no other pets are allowed. Share pet details with the management team. Pool and spa heating is optional, costs extra per day and should be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.

The home is in the residential Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, minutes from Downtown Palm Springs. Palm Canyon Drive’s dining, shops, coffee houses and nightlife are a short drive or easy bike ride away.
