House rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking; the balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. For stays longer than 30 nights, additional cleaning and payment will be arranged. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Shopping and dining are steps away in downtown Aspen. A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
