Questions guests ask before booking

Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
All 10 rooms are sold separately. The dining room, lawn, swimming pool and outdoor seating area are shared among guests. When the property is exclusively reserved, the restaurant remains open to walk-in guests.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
How many extra mattresses can be provided?
One extra mattress per room can be arranged onsite, with bed sheets, blankets and pillows provided for extra bedding.
Are the premises monitored using CCTV?
CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, common areas and outside sections. Private bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.
What meals are available?
Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain meals are available, and breakfast is included in the tariff.
