The Lucky Palm accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Built in 1962 as one of just two of its model, the home has open living spaces, large windows and glass doors, a gas fireplace and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, plus a dishwasher, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, blender, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Outside are a private pool and spa, a firepit, and a covered lounge and dining area with ceiling fans and mountain views.

The home is in the Sunmor neighborhood, less than two miles east of Palm Canyon Drive and central downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is eight miles west.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors. Music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee with variable pricing and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
