House rules
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets require special written permission and arrangement; special terms and a $50 pet fee apply. The home is not suitable for young children. The owner's boat occupies the carport area, the garage is reserved for owner storage, and the laundry is in the carport.
Getting there
The property is on a hillside in The Wood and offers direct access to local hiking and biking paths, including the Centre of New Zealand, Maitai River and Atawhai Shared Pathway. It is described as a 15–20 minute walk into downtown Nelson and a short walk from local cafes and trails. One off-street car park is available.
