The house

The bright living-dining area has high double-glazed windows, roller blinds, photographic artwork, a four-seater chaise lounge, air conditioning and a wide HDTV for Netflix. A window seat and sunlit dining nook provide indoor seating, while the balcony has a four-seat breakfast bar overlooking the neighbourhood and skyline.

The kitchen has stone benchtops, two sinks, ample cabinetry, an induction stove, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. Heating, an iron and a washing machine are available.

The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed. Both have double windows, carpet, block-out blinds, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. A porta cot is stored in the wardrobe; guests must bring their own cot linen. The bathroom has stone and tiled finishes, timber cabinetry, a deep sink and a tall shower with an additional handheld showerhead.

A free secure garage space is provided. Fitzroy Street trams are a four-minute walk away, with services to the beach and Melbourne CBD. The apartment is reached by stairs; the building has no lift.
