House rules
No smoking or vaping, guest pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The house spans four floors. The short stairs into the kitchen have no handrail. The raised-ground-floor study is locked and not available for guest use. Two resident cats stay at the property, with a daily cat-feeding visit at 18:00 unless guests choose to feed them.
