The house

This upper-level, single-story condo has an open-concept great room with large windows overlooking Bald Mountain. The living area has six club chairs, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. A dining table seats six, and the equipped kitchen has an island breakfast bar with three seats, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The deck is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, deck access and a private shower bathroom with heated floors. A second king bedroom also has deck access and a private shower bathroom with heated floors. The queen bedroom and additional sleeping area, which also has a queen bed, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A hallway laundry room has a washer and dryer. Bed linens, towels, kitchen essentials and starter bathroom and laundry supplies are provided.

Restaurants, cafes, galleries, recreation and entertainment are accessible on foot from the downtown location. River Run Day Lodge is a little over a mile away; the River Run lifts are a 10-minute stroll or a five-minute ride on the free city bus. Dollar Mountain and Sawtooth Botanical Garden are each less than a 10-minute drive away. The condo is offered for winter-season stays only.
