The condo has a queen sleeping loft with a private balcony overlooking the tropical hillside, air conditioning throughout, and two bathrooms. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave and cookware. The living area has a sofa, rattan chairs and a flat-screen TV. An in-unit washer and dryer are available on the covered utility terrace. The 32-condo community has a shared outdoor pool in tropical gardens and a covered BBQ rancho with outdoor dining for four. Other amenities include ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a crib, high chair and travel crib. Cleaning is available during stays, and long-term stays are allowed.

Playa Ocotal is a 12-minute walk (1 km) down the hill. Playas del Coco is five minutes away by car. Liberia International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away.

Maximum two guests. Up to one pet is welcome with advance notice to the host. No smoking inside the unit. No parties, events or bachelor/bachelorette groups. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM under the complex HOA rules. Follow posted pool rules and supervise children at the pool. Long-term stays are allowed.
