The house

This second-floor, two-storey apartment has no neighbours directly above or below. High ceilings, curated artwork and timber flooring complement an open-plan living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, hand-crafted bar and kitchen island. The kitchen includes a microwave. The oversized balcony has alfresco seating and a gas barbecue.

Both bedrooms are upstairs: the loft-style primary bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the living area, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a work desk. Both bedrooms have storage. The upstairs full bathroom has a bath and shower, and a powder room is on the first floor.

The apartment has heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer. A hair dryer and iron are provided. Free parking includes an undercover space and another space on the driveway; free street parking is also available. Kensington Station and the local dining precinct are a five-minute walk away. Guests must climb stairs.
