## About the house

The Lodge is a recently renovated, professionally designed vacation home accommodating up to 16 guests, directly across the street from Hunter Mountain. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and Windham Mountain is a 15-minute drive away.

The open-plan interior has abundant natural light and several gathering areas. The main floor includes a newly furnished living and dining room with front windows facing Hunter Mountain. The full kitchen has a large island, stainless steel appliances and an accordion-style window opening onto an indoor/outdoor serving bar.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor and six are upstairs. Every bedroom has air conditioning and a TV; four upstairs bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. Amenities include a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, patio, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, microwave, Cozy Earth linens, bath and pool/beach towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Children are welcome; no crib is provided.

An additional cottage with one sleeping space may be available April–November. The cottage has no running water.

Hunter Mountain is directly across the street; Windham Mountain is a 15-minute drive away. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The additional cottage is subject to availability April–November and has no running water.

The primary renter must be at least 27 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests require express approval; a fee of $300.00 per person per night may be required. Events require express approval; an event fee of $5,000.00 may be required. One dog up to 100 lbs is permitted for $300.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included in the rental amount, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $195.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and in-stay cleanings are at the guest's expense.
