House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside those hours in advance. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available to hire. Cancellation terms: full refund at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund between 14 and 30 days before check-in, and no refund less than 14 days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with lift access in a secure gated development. Angel station on the Northern Line is less than a 10-minute walk away; Farringdon and King’s Cross St Pancras are within easy reach.
