## About the house

The apartment is on the second floor of a secure gated development in the New River Conservation Area, with lift access. Wooden floors run throughout, and the entrance hallway has storage and a utility cupboard with a washing machine.

The open-plan living and dining area opens onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Bookshelves line the room, and guests are welcome to browse the books. There is a sofa, TV, dining table and laptop workspace. The semi-separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and juicer.

The bedroom has one double bed, built-in storage and a sliding glass door that opens to the living area or closes for privacy. The bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, WC, mirrored surround and heated towel bar. Heating, including floor heating, is available, along with a drying rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Angel station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Farringdon and King’s Cross St Pancras are within easy reach. Upper Street is a short walk away, Sadler’s Wells Theatre is just around the corner, and Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square are nearby.

A baby cot and highchair are available to hire. Cancellation terms: full refund at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund between 14 and 30 days before check-in, and no refund less than 14 days before check-in.
