The house

The Little Erko is a simple, efficiently arranged base a short walk from Sydney Park, Erskineville Village and Newtown, with access to independent shops, dining, live music and the arts scene. Artwork reflects the neighbourhood’s creative character.

The main space has a small dining setting for two. The kitchenette is intended for light use and includes a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, microwave and a portable stove stored in the cupboard. A washer-dryer combination is integrated into the preparation area.

The bedroom has a queen bed with linens, a wall-mounted fan and built-in wardrobe storage. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials. Portable fans and heating are provided.

Free street parking is available nearby, with no parking on the property. Erskineville Station is around a six-minute walk away.
