## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across the main house and a separate pool house. A feature pond marks the entrance, and the open-plan living and dining area has glass sliding doors opening to outdoor entertaining areas. The lounge has an HD TV, and the timber dining table seats eight, with additional breakfast-bar seating.

The fully equipped main kitchen includes a butler’s pantry and a servery to the patio and pool area. Outside are sun loungers, a barbecue and dining seating for ten. The pool house opens directly to the pool area and includes a queen bed, a lounge with a TV, a bathroom and a kitchen.

The main house has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. The primary and second bedrooms each have a king bed; the third has two king singles that can be combined into a king on request. The primary bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, and the other two main-house bedrooms each have a dedicated workspace. A separate TV room contains a double sofa bed.

A large laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer. Secure carport parking accommodates two vehicles, with free street parking also available. Parap Village offers coffee and dining nearby. Darwin CBD is a 15-minute drive away; the beach and cycling path are a 15-minute walk away, with bike hire on E Point Road.
