The apartment occupies the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. An entrance corridor leads to a bright living area with a large window, two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a bookcase, a dining table and a wooden cabinet with a marble top.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a second dining table. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and plants and overlooks Genoa.
Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe and two vintage cases used as nightstands. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a shower are available.
