House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability.
Getting there
The home has accommodation on the first floor and lower ground floor. The single mezzanine bed is accessed by a ladder. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are nearby.
