House rules

No smoking of any kind in rooms. Pets require advance inquiry, are subject to limited availability, cost $65 per pet, and require current vaccination records including rabies. One car per room and two per house are included in the resort-fee parking provision; each additional car is $35. Exceeding occupancy is $100 per person per night and is limited to one additional person per unit type. Check-in is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the lake. No lifeguard is on duty. Do not swim, canoe or cycle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Management approval is required for bikes, canoes and fires; staff must start and extinguish fires. Life jackets are required for lake activities and helmets for cycling. A $25 CAD resort fee per stay applies. It includes Wi-Fi, morning coffee, specified vehicle parking, EV charging, and access to seasonal amenities including pool, sauna, hot tub, lakeside fires, bikes and canoes; amenities are subject to availability, weather and operational limitations. A security deposit of $500 for rooms/tents or $1,000 for houses is applied to the credit card at check-in and released after inspection at checkout, subject to damage charges.

Getting there

The property is on the waterfront in Wellington, Prince Edward County. Parking is extremely limited; biking or walking is advised for visits to the property, pool and deck. One vehicle is permitted per room and two per house; additional vehicles cost $35 each. Pool and patio access are seasonal. Pool opening is May 15–September 13, with guest fall access until October 19, weather permitting.
