## About the house

The home is reserved exclusively for your group, with detached bedroom suites arranged around a central courtyard. A vaulted great room has pocket doors opening toward the courtyard, and an adjacent dining area provides space for shared meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine and cooking utensils.

The courtyard features a private pool, lounge seating, shaded areas, tropical greenery and lagoon views. Outdoor dining, a barbecue, a private yard and a lanai provide additional outdoor space. The lagoon is a protected nature preserve; shoreline enjoyment is permitted, but swimming in the lagoon is prohibited.

Each bedroom suite has a private entrance, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and blackout drapes. The primary suite has lagoon views, lanai access, a soaking tub, split air conditioning and space for a crib or playpen. The other suites have garden and water views and window air conditioning. The third bedroom's twin beds can convert to a king on request, and it also has space for a crib or playpen.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes a smart television, satellite or cable television and a Sonos audio system. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Private chefs, in-home massage and provisioning may be arranged upon request.

The home is in a quiet residential enclave near Kahala and Waikiki. Kahala Mall, beaches, dining and golf are a short drive away; Waikiki is within 15 minutes. A minimum stay of 30 days is required.
