## About the house

Flat 10 is a 60-square-metre apartment on a quiet, tree-lined road. The open-plan living room has a dining area seating four, a large sofa and a television with Freeview channels. A small study area, known as poets’ corner, has a large gothic-style window with skyline views.

Bedroom one has a UK king-size bed, storage and cityscape views. Bedroom two is at the front of the house and has storage. The master bedroom can be arranged with two single beds on request. The marbled bathroom has a bathtub with a rainfall shower and storage.

Free Wi-Fi, a desk and laptop workspace, heating, a portable air-conditioning unit and a private combination washer/dryer are available. Additional facilities include an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Fans and a high chair are available on request. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Children and infants are welcome.

The team welcomes guests on arrival and provides assistance during the stay. Sloane Square is less than one minute away, and Sloane Square Underground station, served by the Circle and District lines, is less than five minutes away. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
