The Kahala Mansion has a great room with tall black-framed windows, vaulted ceilings, stone accents, and an adjacent formal dining area. The indoor–outdoor layout centers on landscaped courtyards, with furnished lanais, stone terraces, a private yard, and a private pool surrounded by tropical greenery.

The kitchen has premium appliances, ample preparation space, and a large central island. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer, wine fridge, and barbecue; a kitchenette is also available.

Five ensuite bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and blackout drapes. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed; Guest Bedroom 4 has two queen beds; Guest Bedroom 5 has a king bed.

Facilities include in-home laundry, a fitness room, a home theater, smart television, Sonos audio, a printer/scanner/fax, a fireplace, a fire pit, and an EV charger. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, a cooler, an outdoor shower, linens, and starter essentials are provided. The home is single-level with a private entrance and secure gated entry.

Private events associated with monthly stays can accommodate up to 100 attendees across indoor–outdoor areas. Event facilities include courtyards, a dedicated service entrance, an event preparation room, dual gated entries, valet service options, and street parking. Bedroom suites remain exclusive to overnight guests during events.

Kahala Beach, coastal walking paths, local cafés, and boutique-style shopping are within walking reach. Kahala Mall, Waialae Country Club, Diamond Head, and Waikīkī beaches, shopping, and dining are a short drive away. The estate is not part of a resort.
