The house

The estate combines Mediterranean architecture, arched hallways, polished stone floors, tall windows and vaulted or tray ceilings. Multiple living rooms, lounges and a formal dining room connect to a central courtyard with lawns, mature palms, a fountain and stone walkways. Covered patios have ceiling fans and seating, and the private pool is framed by Mediterranean-inspired arches.

The main kitchen has custom cabinetry, a large island, bar seating, premium appliances, a wine fridge, an ice machine and preparation areas. A secondary kitchenette supports catering and private chefs. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer and cookware; a BBQ is also available.

All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and blackout drapes. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have garden views; Guest Bedroom 4 also has patio access. A separate powder room is included in the room inventory.

Additional facilities include a theater room, fitness room, Sonos audio system, television, printer/scanner/fax, fireplace, washer, dryer, EV charger, outdoor shower, fire pit, private yard and outdoor seating. Linens, towels, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.

Events for up to 100 attendees require prior approval and coordination. A dedicated service entrance and operations room support catering, staging and event logistics. Dual gated entrances support arrivals, valet service can be arranged, and remote concierge support is available for coordinating catering, entertainment and guest needs. During events, private bedrooms and interior suites remain exclusive to the host and overnight guests.

Beach access, neighborhood walking paths and local cafés are within walking reach. Shopping, golf, snorkeling, museums, spas, watersports, dining and hiking trails are a short drive away.
