House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is two; additional guests are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One dog weighing 100 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $50.00 per booking. Dogs over 100 lbs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval; please inquire. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in receives a 100% refund; cancellation at least 7 days before check-in receives a 50% refund. Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of check-in. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The backyard is not fenced. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
