The Inn Spot has an on-site restaurant, a large shared waterfront lawn with seating and games, communal gas grills and a deck/patio with outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi and parking are free. There is no pool. Hampton Bays is on the west side of the Town of Southampton. Dune Road beaches are two miles away, and Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. StayMarquis manages the guest experience, with a dedicated Guest Experience Manager and 24/7 support; maintenance is performed by the property owner.
