House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of two are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; event-related reservations, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. One dog of 100 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in receives a 100% refund; cancellation at least 7 days before check-in receives a 50% refund. Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of check-in. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The backyard is not fenced. The accommodation is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
