House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of two are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited under the standard policy. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups of guests require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog of 100 lbs or less is permitted for $50.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. The property may be shown to prospective renters or buyers; advance notice and reasonable daytime scheduling will be sought. Damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided in lieu of a security deposit, with coverage details in the booking agreement.

Getting there

Dune Road beaches are two miles away. Atlantic Ocean beaches can be reached on foot or by car. The backyard is not fenced. The property is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.
