This spacious beachfront condominium is within Playa Escondida Resort & Marina and accommodates up to 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning. The home blends modern comfort with Caribbean charm and is suited to families or groups. Enjoy ocean breezes, a private terrace with tropical views, and airy living and dining spaces. The apartment offers direct beach access and access to resort amenities, including swimming pools, the clubhouse, marina and beachfront bohíos with barbecues. Private parking is included, and the community is gated.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability. Stays range from a minimum of 1 night to a maximum of 365 nights. The property includes 2 private parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Only registered guests may stay; day passes and unregistered visitors are not authorized. The apartment does not have a barbecue. Each beach bohío has its own barbecue; this amenity must be booked directly with the complex administration and carries an extra fee.

You will have access to the clubhouse, beach, swimming pools, bar, islands, restaurants, land and aquatic playgrounds, and La Tiendita, the complex’s mini market. These are resort facilities rather than private apartment facilities.

Travel by car is recommended. From Panama City, head toward the Corredor Norte or Transístmica (Avenida Simón Bolívar), continue toward Colón to Sabanitas, then follow the road toward Costa Arriba / Portobelo, with signs for Portobelo and María Chiquita. The host estimates a journey of approximately 60–70 minutes, depending on traffic. Leave before 8:30 AM or after 10:00 AM to avoid rush hour leaving the city. Afternoon traffic returning toward Panama City, around 4–6 PM, can also be heavy. You can arrange a private driver or shuttle from Panama City or Tocumen Airport. The host recommends this as the most comfortable and reliable option if you are not renting or do not own a car.

Communication hours are 7 AM to 10 PM. The team will do its best to answer messages outside those hours. In an emergency, you may call at any time. If staff are not on site, the team will do everything possible to assist remotely until they can arrive in person. Please remember that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. If problems arise, the team will do its best to take action as soon as possible, but no one lives on site 24/7.

Expect a secluded setting surrounded by nature, ocean views and a calm atmosphere away from city noise. The complex has restricted entry for registered guests only. Facilities include pools, bohíos with barbecues, a clubhouse and a swimmable beach with calm waters.
