## About the house

The Honeycomb is an architecturally designed studio cabin with open living across two levels. Its certified passive-house design is advertised as using roughly 90% less energy than a traditional house and maintaining a comfortable 22°C, with central air-conditioning and heating throughout.

The lower level has a queen-sized bed with premium linens and a dedicated workspace beside it. The sleeping area opens to a bathroom with white subway tiles, timber finishes, a rain shower and a washing machine.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils and a dining table that rolls out from the cabinetry. A lounge, large wall-mounted TV and multiple windows complete the living space. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a microwave, hair dryer and iron.

Glebe Point Road is a two-minute walk away, with dining, bars and cafés nearby. Public transport links connect to other parts of Sydney.
