The 1,135-square-foot home sleeps six and has 1.5 bathrooms. Sleeping areas include a pull-out sofa in the living room and a full-size bed on the enclosed porch, which offers a summer sitting space.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. Indoor amenities include seasonal partial air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television and a video library.
