The communal pool is in the North Block. Guests staying in the South Block cross the road to reach it. The pool measures 20 m by 7.5 m, has a maximum depth of 1.5 m and is open from 1 January to 31 December. The pool area is one floor above ground and accessible only by stairs.

Wi-Fi is advertised as available in almost every area, at around 150 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload on average.

The nearest beach is 800 metres away. The shoreline is about an 8-minute stroll away. The closest restaurant is 500 metres away, the nearest supermarket is 400 metres away, and the nearest bus stop is 300 metres away. The communal pool is across the road in the North Block and is reached via stairs.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is limited to the designated smoking area. Pets require prior request and approval; animals up to 25 kg are admitted, but dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed. Only one parking space is available per apartment. A maximum of 10 occupants is advertised, including any extra guests.
