- Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is available in almost every area, with an advertised average download speed of around 150 Mbps and upload speed of around 20 Mbps.
- Parking
- One secure underground parking space is available per apartment, with direct internal access by passenger lift and stairwells. The garage is on the North Block side.
- Pets allowed
- Pets are allowed on request, subject to approval. Animals up to 25 kg are admitted; dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed. A pet service fee applies.
- Kitchen
- The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle.
- Washing machine
- A washing machine is provided.
Pool
Shared poolThe communal pool is in the North Block. Guests staying in the South Block cross the road to reach it. The pool measures 20 m by 7.5 m, has a maximum depth of 1.5 m and is open from 1 January to 31 December. The pool area is one floor above ground and accessible only by stairs.

InternetWi-Fi is advertised as available in almost every area, at around 150 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload on average.
