- Wi-Fi is available in almost every area, with an advertised average speed of around 150 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Parking
- Free secure covered underground parking is available with internal access by passenger lifts and stairwells. One parking space is allocated per apartment; the garage is in the North Block.
- Pets allowed
- Pets are allowed on request, with a fee. Animals up to 25 kg are admitted, but pets are not allowed by the pool.
- Kitchen
- The open-plan gas kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Washing machine
- A washing machine is provided.
Pool
Shared poolThe communal pool is in the North Block, one floor above ground level, accessible by stairs. Guests in the South Block need to cross the road to reach it. The pool is open from 1 January to 31 December.
