The home accommodates up to eight guests across a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. The living area has a Smart TV, fireplace, ceiling fan and comfortable furnishings. A deck overlooks the bush. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and island bench. The internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothesline.
Linen, heating, hot water, smoke alarms and a highchair are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Bathroom 1 has a shower/bath combination, toilet and vanity; a second toilet is combined with the laundry.
