The house

The home is arranged over three floors. Its sitting room has retro furnishings and neutral tones, with an adjoining dining area and an open-plan kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a small private garden. A balcony is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a private workspace; the third has a king-size bed and a private workspace. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and desk, with easy access to a separate bathroom. There is also an additional toilet.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, television with cable channels, sound system, hair dryer and towels. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September and can be requested outside that period. Free internet is available, but Wi-Fi is less stable on the upper floors than in the basement.

Camden's markets, restaurants and boutiques are nearby, and Regent’s Park and London Zoo are within easy reach. Chalk Farm Underground station provides access to central London.
