The house

The villa accommodates seven guests and combines vintage and modernist furnishings. On the ground floor, the living area has a double sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. A single bedroom on this floor has a private internal bathroom. Upstairs are a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds, served by a second bathroom with a shower. The upper floor also provides access to a terrace.

Outside, there is a private garden. The residence has two shared swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, open from 15 June to 15 September between 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, television, fans and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer and toaster.

Cala Rossa is a few steps away and is known for its red cliffs. Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is 18 km away, and Palermo Central Station is 46 km away.
